NEVŞEHIR

A tremendous Cappadocia dish where diced meat, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic are filled into Avanos pottery, sealed with dough, and cooked in a tandoor fire.

A local manti where doughs prepared with a minced meat filling are cut into small rolls (roll layers), baked, and cooked with meat broth.

A traditional winter dessert/snack made by boiling the must of Cappadocia grapes with flour, pouring it into molds, and drying it in the sun.
